Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull the building permit and schedule the inspections.
Can we live in the house during the remodel?
Often yes, depending on the scope. We plan phases so you keep a working kitchen or bathroom when we can.
Do you do small handyman jobs?
Our focus is larger remodels, additions and site work. For small repairs we are happy to refer you.
