Home Additions
Primary suites, family rooms, garages and large additions. Most remodelers sub out the excavation and the foundation. We do both, then frame, close in and finish the addition.

Home Additions jobs we take on
- Room and primary suite additions
- Garage and shop additions
- Foundation tied into the existing house
- Framing, roofing and siding to match
- Interior finish
- Permits and inspections

What makes the difference.
The foundation is ours
The hardest part of an addition is where new meets old at the foundation. We dig and pour it ourselves.
Matches the house
Rooflines, siding and finishes matched so it does not look added on.
Large additions are a specialty
Big additions are a core part of Atlas, not something we take on once in a while.
From first call to finished.
- Site walk and budget talk
- Plans and permit
- Excavate and pour the foundation
- Frame, close in, finish
Home Additions FAQ
Do I need an architect for an addition?
Most additions need permit drawings. We can work from your architect's plans or connect you with a designer.
How long does an addition take?
Design and permitting usually take longer than people expect. Construction time depends on size. We give a realistic schedule with the bid.
Can you add a garage or shop to my house?
Yes, attached or detached, including the slab and approach.
