Foundation Contractor
Footings, stem walls, basement walls and slab-on-grade foundations for new homes, additions and shops. We dig the hole and pour the foundation, so there is no gap between the excavator leaving and the concrete crew showing up.

Foundations jobs we take on
- Footings and stem walls
- Poured basement walls
- Monolithic and slab-on-grade foundations
- Foundations for home additions
- Anchor bolts and hold-downs set to plan
- Perimeter drain and damp-proofing

What makes the difference.
Dig and pour, one schedule
Foundations stall when the excavator and the concrete sub are on different calendars. With us they are the same calendar.
Built to the plans and the inspector
Forms, rebar and hardware set to your drawings and ready for the building inspection before the pour.
Additions are our thing
Tying a new foundation into an existing house is where small mistakes turn into cracked drywall. It is a core part of what we do.
From first call to finished.
- Review plans and the site
- Excavate and set forms and steel
- Pre-pour inspection
- Pour, strip, damp-proof and backfill
Foundations FAQ
Do you pour foundations for home additions?
Yes. We excavate, pour the new foundation and can build the addition on top of it.
Can you do the foundation if someone else is building the house?
Yes. We work for owner-builders and general contractors who want the dirt and the foundation handled by one crew.
What do I need before you can bid it?
Stamped or permitted plans if you have them, the lot address, and any soils report. A few photos of the lot help too.
