Atlas Construction & Excavation is a Tri-Cities general contractor that does the heavy part of a project and the finished part. Excavation, grading, utility trenching, septic systems, foundations and concrete on one side. Home remodels and large additions on the other.

That combination is rare. Most excavators stop at the hole. Most remodelers sub out anything that involves a machine. Atlas covers both, which means fewer handoffs, fewer gaps in the schedule and one company accountable for the whole job.

We work for homeowners, people building their own homes and shops, and builders who want reliable dirt and foundation work.

How we run a job

• A site walk and a written scope and price before work starts.
• Utilities located through 811 before every dig.
• Permits pulled where we are the contractor of record.
• A clean site at the end.
